閥體采用不銹鋼304/316L材質(zhì)鍛造，閥門各個部件均由高精度數(shù)控設備加工，閥體內(nèi)部采用精密拋光處理，保證了閥門的高潔凈要求，外表面有多重處理方法：鏡面，亞光，噴砂等，滿足各種工況需求。是通過調(diào)節(jié)，將進口壓力減至某一需要的出口壓力，并依靠介質(zhì)本身的能量，使出口壓力自動保持穩(wěn)定的閥門。即通過改變節(jié)流面積，使流速及流體的動能改變，造成不同的壓力損失，從而達到減壓的目的。然后依靠控制與調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)，使閥后壓力的波動與彈簧力相平衡，使閥后壓力在一定的誤差范圍內(nèi)保持恒定。
